What is the delivery time for my order?

When you place an order with Pawverno, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.

The average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

What should I do if I have not received my order yet?

Due to the high demand for our products, your order may arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding.

If the estimated delivery period has passed and you still have not received your order, please send us an email at Info@pawverno.com We will look into what is happening with your package.

I want to exchange or return my order. How do I do this?

To request a return, simply contact our customer service team at Info@pawverno.com

Please include your name, order number — for example, #0000 — which you received in your confirmation email, and the reason for the return.

We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return request. Once this has been done, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.

What are the return costs?

Return shipping costs are unfortunately at your own expense. The exact cost will depend on the courier you choose.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

We always offer a 30-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item.

However, certain conditions apply to returns.

You can only return the item if:

  • The return period has not expired;
  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
  • The product has not been used.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Paypal
