You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. Please check your carrier’s website for the exact return shipping rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To make use of this right, please contact us at Info@pawverno.com We will then refund the amount due within 30 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been received back by us in good condition.
